Three bathrooms, one home
Three bathrooms sequenced so the family kept a working bathtub the entire time.
You see the room in 3D, choose every finish, and approve the full plan before demolition day. The design you approve is what gets built, at the price you approved it for.
Heated floors on a February morning, a shower you do not have to step over, and enough room for two people to get ready at the same time without taking turns.
We do not do kitchens. No decks, no roofs. We build bathrooms, which means whatever is waiting under your floor or inside that wet wall, we have found it before in someone else's house, probably more than once.
Every material, every fixture, and every hour gets planned before demolition starts. 84% of our projects finish with zero change orders, and when one does come up it averages 2.63% of the project cost.
We measure the space, talk through what the layout can actually do, and take down everything the proposal needs. Then we walk you through that proposal on a call, so you can ask about any number on it instead of reading a PDF on your own.
Your project manager sends photos and video as the work happens, so you know what changed while you were at the office. HEPA scrubbers, floor protection, and wall barriers stay up from day one to the last day.
We build larger primary bathrooms. Five-piece primaries, en suites that take in the closet or the bedroom flooring, and houses where we are working on more than one bathroom at a time.
The primary bathrooms we build on this page run $75,000 to $120,000. Fully custom work goes higher.
We would rather tell you that now than three weeks into a conversation.
Four primary bathrooms we finished in Boulder, Erie, Broomfield, and Denver.
Three bathrooms sequenced so the family kept a working bathtub the entire time.
$115,000, finished in six weeks.
We moved the layout, added a soaking tub, and put in a pocket door to buy back the floor space.
A zero-threshold shower, heated floors, and a layout change that pulled a heat register to make room for the vanity.
While not the “cheapest” quote I received for the project, this company is an example of “you get what you pay for.” The 3D visualization prior to breaking ground was superb and so helpful.
Sarah VillaniThe team at Northbuilt was great to work with from the design phase to finishing product. They listened, responded in a timely way, kept us informed of what was going to happen on a daily basis and the workmanship was excellent. We are SO pleased with our bathroom remodel and would highly recommend Northbuilt Construction ~ very reliable company to work with!
Karen HopleyWe had a great experience working with Alex Weeks and Northbuilt Construction on our bathroom shower remodel. Alex was friendly, easy to work with, and communicated really well throughout the entire process. During the build phase, we received regular updates with photos and videos, which made it easy to stay informed and confident in the progress.
John QuinnWe talk through what you want, what it is likely to cost, and whether we are the right shop for it. We will be upfront and honest with you about your potential investment on this call.
We come to the house, measure the room, and work through what the layout can actually do. From those measurements we build your pre-construction proposal, then sit down with you on a call and go through it together before you decide anything.
Design board, full plan set, material list, construction schedule, and renderings. All of it finished before anyone swings a hammer. Our planning is what lets us confidently price your project before construction starts.
A dedicated project manager, HEPA air scrubbers, floor protection, and wall barriers make our projects run smooth and respect your home. Photos and video are provided as the work happens.
A one-year craftsmanship warranty, and we come back at eleven months to make sure our craftsmanship and quality is surviving daily use.
Life will not stop because you are remodeling your bathroom. You are inviting a crew into your house for six weeks, so it matters who walks through the door.
Alex Weeks started Northbuilt in 2015 and still runs the design consultation himself. He grew up around his family's lumberyard, which is where he picked up the part of this trade that does not show up in a bid.
Tell us about the project and we will let you know quickly whether we are the right shop for it. If we are, we measure the space in person, then walk you through a real proposal line by line.
