Your project manager sends photos and video as the work happens, so you know what changed while you were at the office. HEPA scrubbers, floor protection, and wall barriers stay up from day one to the last day.

We talk through what you want, what it is likely to cost, and whether we are the right shop for it. We will be upfront and honest with you about your potential investment on this call.

Site walk and proposal

We come to the house, measure the room, and work through what the layout can actually do. From those measurements we build your pre-construction proposal, then sit down with you on a call and go through it together before you decide anything.

Planning

Design board, full plan set, material list, construction schedule, and renderings. All of it finished before anyone swings a hammer. Our planning is what lets us confidently price your project before construction starts.

Construction

A dedicated project manager, HEPA air scrubbers, floor protection, and wall barriers make our projects run smooth and respect your home. Photos and video are provided as the work happens.

Warranty

A one-year craftsmanship warranty, and we come back at eleven months to make sure our craftsmanship and quality is surviving daily use.
